Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.


Delivery Zones & Estimated Timeframes

Luzon Provincial areas outside Metro Manila 3–5 business days
Visayas All Visayas provinces and islands 5–7 business days
Mindanao All Mindanao provinces and islands 5–8 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier conditions, weather, or remote area accessibility.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination zone and are displayed at checkout before payment. Rates may vary depending on the size, weight, and quantity of items ordered.

For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us directly for freight quotation.


Heavy Equipment & Special Handling

Certain products — including air compressors, water pumps, generators, water tanks, and construction machinery — may require special freight handling due to size and weight. For these items:

  • Delivery may be arranged via freight forwarding or LTL (less-than-truckload) service.
  • Additional handling fees may apply and will be communicated prior to shipment.
  • Delivery lead times for heavy equipment may be 3–10 business days depending on zone and logistics availability.
  • Installation and on-site delivery are not included unless otherwise arranged.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the courier's tracking portal.


Delivery Restrictions

  • JRK currently ships within the Philippines only.
  • Remote islands and areas not serviced by standard couriers may require alternative freight arrangements. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted for heavy or oversized items.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
