RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Power tools and equipment must remain in resalable condition

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for you within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible with:

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection
  • JRK Professional Tools is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refund Process
